Gene Davis
Gene Davis, (aka R. G.) was in the Land and Livestock business for over 50 years and was founder of Home Ranch Properties. He first acquired a California Real Estate license in 1966. His extensive experience in the cattle, business, land development, and land management brought Home Ranch Properties to the next level.
Today, his knowledge and understanding of farmland, ranch land, and livestock have been passed down to his son, Jeff Davis, and grandson, Justin Davis, who continue with the family business.
Jeff Davis
Jeff Davis is a lifelong resident of Tehama and Shasta Counties with 30 years experience in the livestock industry, ranching, rodeo and hunting. Raised in Tehama County on a ranch west of Cottonwood, Jeff still runs livestock on the family ranch as well as on his own ranch in Cottonwood. As owner/manager of Four Star Rodeo Company, Jeff travels extensively throughout the western United States producing rodeos. Having been a professional hunter and outfitter for over 30 years on various private ranches, Jeff has numerous contacts with ranchers across the west and he is very familiar with the recreational values that ranches in the area have to offer.
For the past ten years, Jeff has been developing and selling real estate in Shasta County. Jeff Davis has the experience to find the right property for your needs, or the right contacts to sell your property.

Justin Davis
Justin Davis, is a Home Ranch Properties 3rd generation ranch realtor. As the son of Jeff, and grandson of Gene, Justin grew up in the cattle, ranching, rodeo, hunting and real estate businesses. Raised on a ranch running cattle and rodeo livestock, Justin assisted his father with his guided hunting services and rodeo company. After high school Justin pursued his dream of qualifying for the National Finals Rodeo as a professional team roper which he achieved at the age of 21. Today, Justin is an avid hunter and enjoys fishing which has led him to some of the most pristine ranches in the United States and Canada. Through his travels, Justin has developed numerous relationships with farmers, ranchers and hunting enthusiasts.
Having spent a lifetime in ranching and real estate, Justin has the experience and knowledge to assist you with all of your real estate buying and selling needs.
